But yes, you should be able to, when you change the timing belt you take off the belt tensioner / pulley and once you do that you should be able to change the water pump with ease. My dealer made it a standard thing. Well, yes, it is an opportunity to make money, but it doesnt 'hurt' to chenge it every 80k or so.
