How do you take off clutch fan on a ford truck so i can change out my water pump?

i have a 1993 ford f150. im replaceing the water pump, but cant get the fan and clutch offHow do you take off clutch fan on a ford truck so i can change out my water pump?The threads on the fan are left hand. the last one I changed I used a pipe wrench and a hammer, sort of like a impact if you know what i mean, once it breaks loose it is rather easy to remove.How do you take off clutch fan on a ford truck so i can change out my water pump?The fan clutch requires special tools to be removed.
